The extended end terrace Cotswold stone period town house is located in the very heart of Cirencester town and offers two double bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, downstairs toilet, cellar with home cinema system and an enclosed rear garden. There is on-road parking to the front of the cottage, and we also own a garage just a short walk from the property.
On entering the property from the gated pedestrian access to the front you will find the lounge which has a large double glazed picture window, comfortable seating, real flame gas fire with remote control and a TV.
The kitchen has a range of eye and base level storage units, automatic washing/dryer machine, fridge and freezer, cooker and double glazed windows to both the side and rear aspects. There is a door leading to the rear garden and another leading to the cloakroom.
The dining area has a table and seating for 6 people, base level period storage cupboard,
stairs raising
to first floor with storage area under and steps down to cellar where you will find a 32" TV with DVD player and surround sound system.
In addition to the two double bedrooms on the first floor (one of which has a sink and vanity unit), there is a family bathroom
with deep panelled
bath and power shower over, wash hand basin inset into vanity unit with
storage space under, low flush WC with wood seat,
tiled splashbacks and door to Airing/storage Cupboard
with light.
